THE SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIRST ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED LABOUR ACT, 2003.

 
AN ACT to amend and consolidate the laws relating to labour, employers, trade unions and industrial relations; to establish a National Labour Commission and to provide for matters related to these.
 
Scope of application
This Act applies to all workers and to all employers except the Armed Forces, the Police Service, the Prison Service and the Security and Intelligence Agencies specified under the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act 1996 (Act 526).
 

CUSTOMS ACT, 2015 ACT 891

The Customs Act 2015, (Act 891) was passed to provide for the imposition, collection and accounting of customs duty, tax and for related matters.

Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Act, 2016 Act 919

Scope of the Act
1. This Act applies to petroleum activities within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ghana, including activities in, under and upon its territorial land, inland waters, territorial sea, exclusive economic zone and its continental shelf.
 
Objective of the Act
2. The object of the Act is to provide for and ensure safe, secure, sustainable and efficient petroleum activities in order to achieve optimal long-term petroleum resource exploitation and utilisation for the benefit and welfare of the people of Ghana.
